After acquisition, plugins need to be manually installed from Creative Cloud desktop App. If you don\u2019t believe your plugin was installed, try these three steps:<\/p>\n<h3>Step &#8211; 1<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Creative Cloud Desktop App &amp; then go to \u201c<strong><b>Marketplace<\/b><\/strong>\u201d tab on top left.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong><b>Manage Plugins<\/b><\/strong>\u201d it will show all the Add-ons you have acquired so far.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong><b>Install<\/b><\/strong>\u201d button on the Add-on card you intend to download &amp; install.<\/li>\n<li>You will see a spinning wheel in the card for that Add-on. Please wait for the Add-on to be installed.<\/li>\n<li>If it failed, please provide asupport@adobe.com with the exact error message and its screenshot.<\/li>\n<li>If it says successful, please read the\u00a0\u2018<strong><b>Where to Find it<\/b><\/strong>\u2019\u00a0tab on the add-on homepage (click on Add-on name) which will tell you where you can find the product after it has been installed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step &#8211; 2<\/h3>\n<p>Try this\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/helpx.adobe.com\/in\/creative-cloud\/kb\/troubleshoot-common-addon-installation-issues.html\">Helpx<\/a>\u00a0document.<\/p>\n<h3>Step &#8211; 3<\/h3>\n<p>If you are an enterprise customer of Creative Cloud Apps and your administrator will not let you load Creative Cloud Desktop on your PC, follow these instructions to download the extension and install it with an Extension Install Utility.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Download your extension (.zxp file)<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Download your extension using the button below to download the zxp file to your computer&#8217;s Downloads folder.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/exchange.adobe.com\/creativecloud\/install-instructions.106524.html\"><strong><b>Download Slazzer for Adobe Photoshop \u2192\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Enter any passwords, or accept any notices your computer\u2019s operating system presents.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Install your extension with an Adobe compatible Extension Install Utility<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you were unable to install your extension using the Creative Cloud desktop app, please follow the instructions below to use an extension install utility such as Anastasiy\u2019s Extension Manager. If you are looking to install\u00a0a decrypted extension (as we don&#8217;t support encrypted extensions for enterprise use cases)\u00a0for multiple Creative Cloud for teams or Creative Cloud for enterprise users you can deploy using the CC Packager.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/helpx.adobe.com\/enterprise\/using\/manage-extensions.html\"><strong><b>Learn more <\/b><\/strong><\/a><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/helpx.adobe.com\/enterprise\/using\/manage-extensions.html\">\u2192<\/a>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Open\u00a0Anastasiy\u2019s Extension Manager or your chosen Extension Install Utility. If you don\u2019t have it on your computer, below are download links for alternative utilities.<\/p>\n<p>Once downloaded and installed, use an extension install utility to install your .zxp files.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/install.anastasiy.com\/\"><strong><b>Download Anastasiy\u2019s Extension Manager <\/b><\/strong><\/a><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/install.anastasiy.com\/\">\u2192<\/a><\/b><\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>After selecting either the Mac or Windows version of your chosen Extension Install Utility, download it to your computer and follow the installation instructions from the installer, which should be in your Downloads folder.<\/p>\n<p>Install your extension from Adobe Exchange by selecting File &gt; Install extension or following the instructions within the install utility and selecting the extension from within your computer\u2019s Downloads folder.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Check &#8216;Where to Find it&#8217;<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Follow the instructions in the &#8216;Where to find it&#8217; section on the product details page.
